In me, you will find a calm, warm and supportive guide as you explore your inner feelings and thoughts. I believe our relationship (the relationship between client and therapist) is the most important agent of change. As such, I focus on fostering an environment of safety, transparency and mutual respect.​​​​​​​​

I am a PBANZ registered psychotherapist, and adhere to the PBANZ Standards of Ethical Conduct, which means I undertake regular supervision and ongoing training.

I hold a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and am currently in the final stages of of the Master of Psychotherapy programme at AUT.​ As part of my training I have conducted more than 300 hours of therapy with clients from all walks of life.

Fees
50 minute individual therapy session
In person or online
$160 (GST inclusive)
80 minute couples' therapy session

$240 (GST inclusive)
Logistics
We agree on a regular weekly appointment, reserved just for you.
I am in my clinic on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. I also offer limited sessions online.
Following each session, I will email you an invoice with a link for you to pay online. Payment is due within 5 days.
If you need to cancel, please give me 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may attract a full fee.
If you are interested in working with me but are concerned about the cost, please talk to me about my income-related sliding scale fees.
